Why is a guide necessary to visit the zoo?

A guide is essential to ensure safety and provide a meaningful educational experience. Our trained guides accompany you throughout the tour, explain each species, and ensure respectful interaction with the animals.

What does the ticket include?

Your ticket includes a 60–75 minute guided interactive tour, where you’ll learn about local wildlife, their habitats, and conservation efforts—while interacting safely with select species.

Can I bring a camera? Is there an additional cost?

Yes, photography is allowed at no extra cost. Flash and tripods are not permitted, as they may stress the animals or interfere with the tour.

Can I feed the animals?

Certain animals can be fed under the supervision of a trained guide, who will explain how and when it’s done safely.

Does interaction with the animals stress them?

No. All interactions are carefully guided and designed to prioritize animal well-being, ensuring they are respectful and minimize stress.

Are tours offered in other languages?

Yes. We offer guided tours in both English and Spanish.

Are there fixed times for tours?

No. Tours start continuously throughout the day. Once you arrive, a guide will be assigned to you and your tour will begin within 10–15 minutes, depending on visitor volume.

From what age can children take the tour?

The experience is suitable for all ages—from babies in arms to seniors. It’s designed to be family-friendly and engaging for everyone.

Are there places to eat in the zoo?

Yes. Our café opens at 7:00 am and offers coffee, breakfast, salads, baguettes, lunches, desserts, and drinks. Food is not allowed during the tour, but non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.

How do I validate my online purchase?
